Reports to: (Interim) Director, Communications
Duration: Permanent position

The Assistant Manager, Communications is responsible to increase awareness about ACI World with innovative communications and technologies, while supporting events and marketing activities. Duties include social media management, content production, SEO management, and development of customer relationship management database.

I.  Major Functions Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the social media strategy in line with the Marketing and Communications strategy.
  • Manage monthly social media calendar in line with the Marketing and Communications High-Level calendar.
  • Generate visual content (photography, video recordings, animated posts, infographics, etc.) using creative digital tools and applications.
  • Monitor and publish social content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Communicate with followers, animate the community, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Report monthly on social media performance and campaign
  • Keep up to date on social media trends, benchmarking, and tools.
  • Collaborate with ACI World’s teams to ensure brand
  • Travel when requested and/or be available to support the communication and marketing team (e.g., social media publications) outside of office hours when
  • Manage Search Engine Optimization project and its delivery in line with the Marketing and Communications strategy.
  • Support Communications and Marketing department activities as requested.

II.  Qualification and Skills

  • Hands on experience in content management and social monitoring tools
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) with a marketing mindset
  • SEO and SEM experience
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive and team player
  • Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural
  • High-level competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of CRM, email marketing platforms and marketing technologies

III.  Requirements:

  • BSc degree Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with social media and marketing, communications or events
  • Ability to travel and/or working outside of office hours when needed
