Reports to: Interim Director, Communications
Duration: 6-Month Contract

The Communications Intern is responsible to increase awareness about ACI World with innovative communications and technologies, while supporting the events and marketing activities.

Duties include social media management, content production, events and webinar coordination and promotion, e-mailing campaign coordination and development of the ACI World’s customer relationship management database.

I. Major Functions Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of the ACI Insights blog
  • Help with website updates using WordPress
  • Assist with copywriting and editing task, including implementing SEO best practices
  • Support the optimization of the ACI store
  • Generate visual content (photography, video, animated posts, infographics, etc.) using creative digital tools and applications
  • Collaborate with ACI World’s teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Assist with social media monitoring and engagement
  • Assist with the production, promotion, and communication of ACI World internal and external events and webinars
  • Help with any other duties and tasks assigned by the Communications and Marketing team

II. Qualification and Skills

  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) with a marketing mindset
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive and team player
  • Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
  • High-level competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of CRM, email marketing platforms and marketing technologies
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and monitoring tools

III. Requirements

  • Studies in Communications or Digital Marketing or related field
  • Experience working with communications, social media, events, and/or marketing,
