All aerodromes have to manage work in progress at some point, whether as a result of new developments or maintenance. It is therefore vital that staff involved are able to manage the construction in a safe manner, enabling aircraft operation to continue, whilst at the same time allowing the works to carry on.

This course provides detailed information on how to plan aerodrome works, ensuring the necessary documentation is produced in accordance with the Airport's Safety Management System, how the works are controlled on a day to day basis and how to bring new developments into operational status.
